Caffeine enters the bloodstream through the stomach and small intestine and can have its effects as soon as 15 minutes after it is consumed. Once in the body, caffeine will stay around for hours: it takes about 6 hours for one half of the caffeine to be eliminated.

Though researchers debate how much caffeine is acceptable during pregnancy, there is evidence to suggest than any amount will cause some physical effects on your little one. This is because caffeine passes through your placenta and is absorbed by your baby. Adults are able to break down caffeine fairly quickly, thanks to chemicals inside of our body. However, your developing baby can't do this as efficiently. This means that caffeine will be stored inside of his blood for longer periods of time, and could reach dangerously high levels.

Caffeine also affects other aspects of your baby's health. It is known to increase your baby's heart rate and may affect how much he moves in utero. Because caffeine is a diuretic, it can also affect the nutrition your baby receives from you. Caffeine intake may cause you to absorb less iron and calcium from foods, a possible detriment to your baby's overall fetal development.

Recent studies have focused on the effects of coffee intake during pregnancy. A large-scale Danish study polled more than 80,000 pregnant women regarding their coffee intake. This study found that women who drank large amounts of coffee during pregnancy were more likely to experience a miscarriage. Women who drank more than 2 cups of coffee a day had a slightly increased risk of miscarriage, while those that drank 8 or more cups experienced a 59% increase. This is why it is so important to watch your caffeine intake during pregnancy.

Interestingly, this Danish study found that this considerably greater risk of miscarriage was specific to coffee. Other caffeinated beverages and foods did not present the same significant increase, leading researchers to believe that other chemicals contained in coffee could possibly play a role in causing miscarriage.

To quit smoking and drinking can be difficult, to eliminate caffeine from your daily diet can also be hard. However, you can do something to reduce your caffeine intake and ensure that you and your baby stay healthy throughout your pregnancy.

* Exercise regularly to help combat any withdrawal symptoms and to stay energized.

* Stay hydrated. Drinking lots of water will help you manage cravings and fatigue.

* Cut back on your caffeine intake slowly. Going cold turkey can cause you to experience withdrawal symptoms, like headaches and nausea.

* Try replacing your caffeinated beverages with non-caffeinated ones, like decaf coffee.

Caffeine is considered the most commonly used psychoactive drug in the world. It is estimated that approximately 80% of the world's population consumes caffeine on a daily basis. The most common dietary sources of caffeine are coffee, soda, tea, and chocolate. After ingesting caffeine, it is completely absorbed within 30 to 45 minutes and then its effects diminish within about three hours. As many caffeine drinkers can attest, when you ingest high levels of caffeine, you may feel your mood soar and then plummet, leaving you craving more caffeine to make it soar again. While caffeine is eventually excreted so there is no accumulation in the body, it has been shown to adversely affect mood, stamina, stress levels, the cardiovascular system, and gastric health, to name a few.


10 Consequences of Caffeine Consumption

1. Caffeine is highly addictive. Like other drugs, caffeine causes a chemical addiction within the brain. Quitting coffee or soda can create withdrawal symptoms - headaches, sleepiness, irritability, anxiety - while the brain's chemistry readjusts.

2. Caffeine exacerbates mood disorders in adults and children. Mood disturbances such as anxiety, depression, irritability, and attention disorders are aggravated by chronic caffeine consumption. *Another strategy is to gradually replace coffee with decaf: During the first week, when you make your coffee, use 3/4 regular and 1/4 decaf; the second week, use 1/2 and 1/2; the third week, use 1/4 regular and 3/4 decaf; the fourth week, you're drinking decaf!

* If you are a soda drinker, you can gradually replace your soda with sparkling water and/or caffeine-free soda.

* Whatever strategy you choose, it is important to drink plenty of water and to get plenty of sleep to assist with the detoxification process.

  1. Soak (bhigo dain) 8 to 10 almonds and 1 tea-spoon rice overnight. In the morning, Remove the outer skin of almonds. Grind into a fine paste. Mix it, in a glass of milk and a pinch of turmeric (haldi) powder. Boil this mixture and drink along with sugar-candy (mishri) or ordinary sugar to taste.
  2. Fry equal quantities of Carom (ajwain) seeds and kernel of tamarind seeds (imli ke beej) in ghee. Grind them, make Powder and store in a dry, cool place. Mix 1 tea-spoon of this powder in a glass of MILK along with 1 table-spoon honey (shehad). Drink daily at bedtime.
  3. Make parathas (chapati/bread) of wheat flour by adding ½ cup fenugreek (methi) leaves, ½ tea-spoon ground almonds, ½ tea-spoon poppy seeds (khuskhus) and a little gheeEat daily for 40 days.
  4. Boil 1 tea-spoon ground fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in a cup of water (paani) and drink.
  5. ½ half tea-spoon ginger (adrak) juice mixed with honey (shehad) and a semi-boiled egg (anda), taken at night, it will boost your sexual power.
  6. Onion seeds (kalaunji) dried and powdered, 1 tea-spoon eaten 3 times daily along with sugar or SugarCandy (mishri) or honey, it will increase your sexual power.
  7. Boil 1 tea-cup milk with ½ tea-spoon black pepper (kali mirch) powder and 7 to 9 crushed almonds. Take at bedtime.
  8. Mix ¼ tea-spoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder in tea-spoon honey (shehad) and take with a half-boiled egg (anda) an hour before going to bed.
  9. Take 2 tea-spoon of amla juice and mix it with 2 tea-spoonfuls each honey (shehad) & lime juice. Add 1 tea-cup water (paani) and drink on an empty stomach (khaali pait/Nehaar Mu) every morning. (Note: The treatment should continue for at least 120 days to achieve expected and best results.)
  10. Mix ¼ tea-spoon saffron (kesar / zaafraan) with milk. Take twice daily.
  11. Grind 2 to 3 tea-spoon dried pomegranate seeds (anaar dana) and take once or twice in a day along with milk.
  12. Mix some sesame seeds (til) with jaggery (gurr/shakkar) and eat. tasty and healthy.

Reproductive Weakness


  1. Boil 1 cup of milk with ½ teaspoon of pepper powder and 6 to 8 crushed almonds. Take this tasty milk at bedtime.

Some tips to maximize breast milk:

  1. For this purpose, frequently, cook unripe papayas (kacha papita) and eat.
  2. ½ teaspoon finely ground cinnamon (dalchini) taken every night along with 1 cup of milk.
  3. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon each cumin (jeera/zeera) powder & sugar. Take with warm milk after dinner everyday for a few days.
  4. Boil 2 teaspoon cumin (zeera) seeds in ½ cup of water. Filter it. Now Mix it in ½ cup of milk and 1 teaspoon honey. Drink once a day for a few days.
  5. Boil 2 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf) in barley water and then take twice or thrice a day.
  6. Grind a handful of bitter gourd (karela) leaves into a fine paste and apply this paste on breasts.
  7. Water: Always drink plenty of water during your breastfeeding.
  8. Offer both breasts at each feeding.

Remove Unwanted Facial Hairs - Wax etc

Women often have unwanted facial hairs, that appears on the upper lip, chin and sides of the face and sometime on chest as well. It happens due to the harmonal imbalance. There are various options to remove unwanted hairs at home i.e. waxing, tweezing, threading, bleaching, shaving, and even depilatories and electrolysis. You can also try making a homemade of removing facial hair that is cheap, safe and effective. You can easily prepare your own facial bleach from the ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen. Following are some homemade hair removal that will ensure you remove unwanted facial hair.
  1. Make and a sticky paste of Egg White blended with Sugar and Corn Flour. Then apply this paste on your face and let it dry. When it dries, gently peel it off. To get good results, repeat this 3 to 4 times a week.
  2. Make a paste by mixing 1 cup sugar (cheeni) 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup water (paani) . Then apply this paste on your face in the same direction of hair growth. Leave it to dry and when it dries, wash with cold water.
  3. Make and apply a paste of gram flour (besan) with milk (dudh) or water (pani). You can combine this paste with a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi) and 1 tsp of fresh cream. Then apply this mask over the face and let it dry. When it dries, scrub it off softly in the opposite direction of the hair growth. Use this remedy regularly to get result significantly.
  4. Make a paste by mixing 4 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Apply the mixture to your face in the direction of hair growth. Wash it after 10-15 minutes. To get good results, follow this home remedy at least twice per week.
  5. Make a smooth paste from  2 tsp. of lemon juice, 3 tsp. of milk cream, 2 tbsp of gram flour (besan), and 1 tsp. of turmeric (haldi). Then apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15- 20 minutes. When it dries, scrub it off gently then wash off with warm water.
  6. Make a paste from turmeric (haldi) with milk then apply it on your face for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes Rub softly, using circular motion of your fingers and then rinse it off with cold water.
  7. Make a paste by mixing 1 tbsp of Sugar and ½ tbsp of Corn Flour in a whole Egg. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. When it dries, gently scrub it off  in opposite direction of hair growth. Then wash the face with clear water. For best result repeat the process 3-4 times per week.
  8. Take spearmint tea daily. Recent research has shown that spearmint tea may be used as a treatment for hirsutism (excessive hairiness) in women. It reduces the level of free testosterone in the blood. It is also good for digestive system.
  9. Flutamide 250mg twice daily and an oral contraceptive pill for one year is an effective treatment for hair removal BUT dont use this medicine without consulation with doctor.
  10. If you want to make a homemade wax then make a mixture from two cups of sugar, one fourth 1/4 cup of water and one fourth 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Heat this mixture over a low flame and stir regularly until you get a thick brown liquid which is your wax. Once the wax has cooled down to a temperature that you are comfortable with, you can apply it onto your skin and place a clean cloth or waxing strip over it. Once it has cooled down completely pull the cloth or strip in the opposite direction of hair growth so that the hair is pulled from its roots. Make sure that you apply ice (baraf) and astringent to the waxed area to tighten the pores.
  11. One of the oldest methods of hair removal used is sugaring. It can be done at home by taking one cup of sugar and mixing it with the juice of half a lemon, molasses, corn starch and a bowl of honey. Now you start off by mixing lemon, honey, sugar and molasses in a bowl and keeping the mixture in a microwave for about 2 to 4 minutes or till you get a smooth consistency. You can also heat up the mixture over a low flame. Now apply corn starch over the area you need to wax and then apply the mixture over it. Corn starch will help in smooth removal of hair. Place a cloth or waxing strips over the area and pull it out once it has cooled down.

  9. Lemon juice ko paani (water) mai mila kar is say sir dho lain, chand hi dino mai (after few days) baal chamakdaar aur khushki say paak ho jaengay.
  10. sir ko pearl soap ya besan (gram flour) say dhoen. detol k pani say sir dhona bi mufeed hai. Sir mai Salicylic Acid ko Spirit mai ghol (mix) kar 10% mixture lagana bohat mufeed hai. Betnovate / Keralin tube balon ko hata kar skin pe laganay say bi bohat faeda hota hai.
  11. Achhi ghiza (food) ka istamal karain, gosht (meat), fresh fruit, dudh (milk), dahi (yogurt) ka istamal ziada karain. thori Exercise bi kiya karain aur morning walk ko mamool banaen. Agar medicine leni hai to Vitamin A ka aik capsule rozana kha lia karain.
  12. Soak 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. After half an hour wash with any mild shampoo.
  13. Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 tea-cups of water. Let it cool and after cooling and filtering, use for rinsing hair.

  2. adha 1/2 chamach kalonji subha sham istamal karain. ahista ahista marz theek hota jaeyga.
  3. For diabetic patients, diet restriction & light exercise like walking is a must as this controls the sugar level.
  4. Grape fruit is good for diabetic patients. You can have 3 fruits at a time, 3 times daily.
  5. One tablespoon of amla juice mixed with a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice (karela) and taken daily for 2 months will reduce blood sugar.
  6. Take dry tender leaves of the mango tree in the shade. Make powder and preserve them. Take half a teaspoon of this powder twice a day in the morning and evening proves beneficial.
  7. Take 3-4 teaspoons juice of bitter gourd (karela), every morning on an empty stomach gives good results.
  8. Coarsely (not refined) powder fenugreek seeds (methi dana). Take 1-2 teaspoon in the morning everyday. (you can vary dosage according to individual tolerance level).
  9. Eating 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves (kari patta) every morning for 3 months is said to prevent diabetes due to its heredity factors.
  10. Soak 2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in a cup of water at night. Drink this water as the first thing in the morning and preferably eat the seeds too.
  11. Chew 8-10 basil (tulsi) leaves in the morning is also beneficial for the diabetic patients.
  12. Take two pieces of Lady Finger and cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle & then put these 2 pieces in a glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during whole night. Early morning b4 breakfast simply remove the pieces of lady finger from glass and drink water. Within two weeks you will see remarkable results in reduction of your sugar.

When it dry and begins to crack then don't rinse it immediately. Take a damp (geela kapra) piece of cloth and rub gently to your skin in a circular motion.   3. Orange Peels: Take a handful of orange peels and allow them to dry for few days. When it dries, Grind that dried and hardened orange peel into a fine powder. You can mix this orange peel powder with raw milk and apply this paste on your face and body. This natural recipe will definitely be helpful in lightening the skin and also for removing the blemishes. For better results, follow this process for 2-3 times a week.
