Darj zail ghizaen hamal say pehlay aur hamal ke dauraan mufeed hain.
- Fruits banana, apple, pear, orange etc ka istamal karain aur in fruits ka juice bana kar piyen.
- dahi (yougurt) ka istamal ziada say ziada karo, ye calcium ki kami ko door karta hai aur is say bachay ki haddiyan mazboot hoti hain. yogurt mai roz marra istamal honay walay 25% ghizaee ajzaa shamil hain.
- makaee ke danay (corn), khushk meva jaat (dry fruits) badaam aur akhrot ka istamal karain aur inko hamaisha apnay pas rakhain kyunkay ye safar mai bi ba-asaani khaey ja saktay hain.
- Salad ka ziada istamal karain. Vegetable salad ziada behtar hai. paalak, gajar(carrot), tamaatar (tomato), kheera (cucumber), ka istamaal karain. ye protein fraham karnay ka zariya hain.
- gajjarain (carrots) vitamin A say bharpoor ghiza hain. gajar ko dahi (yogurt) mai dabo kar khaen, is say ghizaeyat barh jati hai.
- Maltay ka juice (orange juice) ziada piyen, is mai Vitamin A, D aur calcium say bharpoor tamam ghizae ajzaa moujood hain aur ye jisam mai 15% vitamin ki zaroorat ko pura karta hai.
- aisi tamam ghizaen mufeed hain jin mai ghee ki mikdaar kam ho, tali hui cheezon (fried) say parhaiz karain, ye nuksan deh sabit ho sakti hain.
- har cheez mai zaeke (taste) ke liye khushk meva jaat (dry fruits) ka istamal karain.
