  10. tali hui machhli (fried fish) ka ziada istamal na karain, bohat nuksan de sabit ho sakti hai, iskay istamal say bachay ki zehni nasho numa ruk jati hai aur bachay ka zehan kamzor ho jata hai.
  11. nasha aawar ashyaa cigrette waghaira say parhaiz karain, hamal ke doraan ye maa aur bachay dono ke liye nuksan deh hai.
