Reproductive Weakness


  1. Boil 1 cup of milk with ½ teaspoon of pepper powder and 6 to 8 crushed almonds. Take this tasty milk at bedtime.

Lactation in mothers

Some tips to maximize breast milk:

  1. For this purpose, frequently, cook unripe papayas (kacha papita) and eat.
  2. ½ teaspoon finely ground cinnamon (dalchini) taken every night along with 1 cup of milk.
  3. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon each cumin (jeera/zeera) powder & sugar. Take with warm milk after dinner everyday for a few days.
  4. Boil 2 teaspoon cumin (zeera) seeds in ½ cup of water. Filter it. Now Mix it in ½ cup of milk and 1 teaspoon honey. Drink once a day for a few days.
  5. Boil 2 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf) in barley water and then take twice or thrice a day.
  6. Grind a handful of bitter gourd (karela) leaves into a fine paste and apply this paste on breasts.
  7. Water: Always drink plenty of water during your breastfeeding.
  8. Offer both breasts at each feeding.

Remove Unwanted Facial Hairs - Wax etc

Women often have unwanted facial hairs, that appears on the upper lip, chin and sides of the face and sometime on chest as well. It happens due to the harmonal imbalance. There are various options to remove unwanted hairs at home i.e. waxing, tweezing, threading, bleaching, shaving, and even depilatories and electrolysis. You can also try making a homemade of removing facial hair that is cheap, safe and effective. You can easily prepare your own facial bleach from the ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen. Following are some homemade hair removal that will ensure you remove unwanted facial hair.
  1. Make and a sticky paste of Egg White blended with Sugar and Corn Flour. Then apply this paste on your face and let it dry. When it dries, gently peel it off. To get good results, repeat this 3 to 4 times a week.
  2. Make a paste by mixing 1 cup sugar (cheeni) 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup water (paani) . Then apply this paste on your face in the same direction of hair growth. Leave it to dry and when it dries, wash with cold water.
  3. Make and apply a paste of gram flour (besan) with milk (dudh) or water (pani). You can combine this paste with a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi) and 1 tsp of fresh cream. Then apply this mask over the face and let it dry. When it dries, scrub it off softly in the opposite direction of the hair growth. Use this remedy regularly to get result significantly.
  4. Make a paste by mixing 4 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Apply the mixture to your face in the direction of hair growth. Wash it after 10-15 minutes. To get good results, follow this home remedy at least twice per week.
  5. Make a smooth paste from  2 tsp. of lemon juice, 3 tsp. of milk cream, 2 tbsp of gram flour (besan), and 1 tsp. of turmeric (haldi). Then apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15- 20 minutes. When it dries, scrub it off gently then wash off with warm water.
  6. Make a paste from turmeric (haldi) with milk then apply it on your face for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes Rub softly, using circular motion of your fingers and then rinse it off with cold water.
  7. Make a paste by mixing 1 tbsp of Sugar and ½ tbsp of Corn Flour in a whole Egg. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. When it dries, gently scrub it off  in opposite direction of hair growth. Then wash the face with clear water. For best result repeat the process 3-4 times per week.
  8. Take spearmint tea daily. Recent research has shown that spearmint tea may be used as a treatment for hirsutism (excessive hairiness) in women. It reduces the level of free testosterone in the blood. It is also good for digestive system.
  9. Flutamide 250mg twice daily and an oral contraceptive pill for one year is an effective treatment for hair removal BUT dont use this medicine without consulation with doctor.
  10. If you want to make a homemade wax then make a mixture from two cups of sugar, one fourth 1/4 cup of water and one fourth 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Heat this mixture over a low flame and stir regularly until you get a thick brown liquid which is your wax. Once the wax has cooled down to a temperature that you are comfortable with, you can apply it onto your skin and place a clean cloth or waxing strip over it. Once it has cooled down completely pull the cloth or strip in the opposite direction of hair growth so that the hair is pulled from its roots. Make sure that you apply ice (baraf) and astringent to the waxed area to tighten the pores.
  11. One of the oldest methods of hair removal used is sugaring. It can be done at home by taking one cup of sugar and mixing it with the juice of half a lemon, molasses, corn starch and a bowl of honey. Now you start off by mixing lemon, honey, sugar and molasses in a bowl and keeping the mixture in a microwave for about 2 to 4 minutes or till you get a smooth consistency. You can also heat up the mixture over a low flame. Now apply corn starch over the area you need to wax and then apply the mixture over it. Corn starch will help in smooth removal of hair. Place a cloth or waxing strips over the area and pull it out once it has cooled down.
